To sell or not to sell

  1. You’ve been waiting for the neighbourhood to improve but it hasn’t.

  2. Your current home is just too big or too small.

  3. Your current home can’t be adapted within your budget and timeframe.

  4. You’re just ‘𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥’ the existing home!

  5. Current neighbours are lovely – Will your new neighbours be too?

  6. You can’t afford your dream home location yet.

  7. Get quotes to update your home, you may be surprised.

  8. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

  9. You may have your reasons for wanting to stay in the home you already have. It may still be perfect for you.

Signpost of who, what, where, why

Don't feel like there is no alternative. For example; If you're in a highset, perhaps there's a way to add an internal or external lift. If you're already in a lowset but now need wheelchair access, we may be able to put you on to builders to arrange for alterations. The same for adding an extension if your home is too small. If your home is definitely not suited for your needs we can help find you one that does suit you.

Asking for options is a great starting point.

Remember, I'm here to help, not push you to sell if that isn't the right decision for you.
